b ) Include you Name, phome number, city and state, the date you
placed your order and the date your camp program begins, how your
order was placed, web, fax, snail mail.
c ) Leave us a fax or e-mail number where we can contact you.
d ) For Faxes and e-mails, we attempt to contact you within 48
working hours, 24 hours if you mark your message urgent.
e ) You may call our Customer service number and leave a message
with all the above information. Due to the additional time they
take, Phone calls are taken care of last and we make no guarantees
about response time. We do them as we have staff available. As a
rule, we do not call back because we find that with everyone's busy
schedules, it is difficult to reach anyone at home. Therefore, even
if you are calling customer service, please arrange to have us fax
or e-mail you. Leave a fax number or your e-mail address.

g ) If you are dissatisfied with our product, send it back within
30 days with the invoice and a note as to the problem, and whether
you want a replacement or a refund.
